Napoli Shkolnik is proud to receive an Award of Excellence from the 32nd Annual Communicator Awards for our “Accidents Happen. Negligence Shouldn’t.” campaign, recognizing work that scored among the highest tier of entries in the competition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Accidents Happen. Negligence Shouldn’t.” was designed to challenge a common assumption: that harmful incidents are simply part of life. The campaign argued that many of the injuries people write off as bad luck are in fact the result of someone’s failure to act with reasonable care. Medical malpractice and nursing home negligence served as the campaign’s focus, two areas where Napoli Shkolnik has consistently fought for accountability on behalf of clients. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Communicator Awards, sanctioned and reviewed by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), received more than 3,000 entries this year. Award of Excellence winners receive a score of 9 or above on a 10-point scale from a jury that included professionals from JPMorgan Chase & Co., FedEx, Netflix, National Geographic Society, the NAACP, and The Andy Warhol Museum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
