Our client was traveling on Willets Point Boulevard in Queens, New York when the defendant’s vehicle ran the stop sign at 15th Drive, violently striking the driver’s side of our client’s vehicle. The client underwent a cervical discectomy and fusion and a lumbar discectomy for the numerous neck and back injuries sustained in the accident. After we obtained Summary Judgment on liability, the matter settled for $750,000 at a private mediation.
