$21,800,000 Settlement in Toxic Exposure Case

Napoli Shkolnik successfully secured a $21.8 million verdict against Norfolk Southern in a toxic exposure case. The verdict was awarded to the estate of a long-time railroad worker who developed Acute Myeloid Leukemia after decades of exposure to diesel exhaust and creosote.
